Bodenvy is seeking a driven General Manager for the Sandy Springs location. You will lead day-to-day operations, coach a high-performing team, and drive revenue and client growth within the Atlanta area.

We offer comprehensive training, a flexible, incentive-based structure, and opportunities to own the local franchise growth. Prior aesthetics experience is not required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team-management experience is required.
• Strong sales and revenue-generation background is essential.
• Experience coaching, motivating, and holding employees accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the Sandy Springs location.
• Recruit, train, develop, mentor, and hold accountable a high-performing team.
• Create a positive, energetic, sales-driven, and performance-focused culture.
• Drive revenue and profitability while managing operational costs.
• Coach the sales team and establish clear performance expectations.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure every client receives an exceptional experience.
• Grow Bodenvy's presence and client base throughout Sandy Springs and greater Atlanta.
• Enforce company policies, protocols, procedures, and performance standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, operational challenges, and day-to-day business needs.
• Communicate effectively with employees, clients, franchise ownership, and corporate leadership.
• Take ownership of problems and follow them through to resolution.
