We are the #1 CoolSculpting provider in the nation, specializing in non-invasive body contouring and wellness programs. Comprehensive training is provided, and the right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team-management experience.
• Strong sales and revenue-generation background.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, expenses, and business performance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to manage different personalities.
• Experience recruiting and developing employees.
• Familiar with Mindbody, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
• CoolSculpting, medical aesthetics, wellness, or high-touch consumer experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the Sandy Springs location.
• Recruit, train, develop, mentor, and hold accountable a high-performing team.
• Create a positive, energetic, sales-driven, and performance-focused culture.
• Drive revenue and profitability while managing operational costs.
• Coach the sales team and establish clear performance expectations.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure every client receives an exceptional experience.
• Grow Bodenvy's presence and client base throughout Sandy Springs and greater Atlanta.
• Enforce company policies, protocols, procedures, and performance standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, operational challenges, and day-to-day business needs.
• Communicate effectively with employees, clients, franchise ownership, and corporate leadership.
• Take ownership of problems and follow them through to resolution.
