Job summary

Pura Vida Miami is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and model hospitality excellence. You will oversee staffing, inventory, cost controls, and training while ensuring food safety and brand standards in a fast-paced environment in West Palm Beach, FL.

You will manage shifts, motivate the team, and uphold quality service while coordinating with vendors and ensuring adherence to Pura Vida procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in hospitality/restaurant.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with Excel and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and direct team members to provide fast, friendly service.
• Oversee inventory, labor, and financial analysis to optimize restaurant performance.
• Handle daily ordering and invoicing at store level.
• Provide training and mentorship for new employees and managers.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
• Lead recruitment, selection, and retention initiatives.
