Job summary

49 Financial is seeking motivated college graduates to join our team as Financial Advisors with a primary focus on client acquisition and long-term service. You will build your team-based book of business by prospecting, identifying, attracting, and onboarding new clients through networking, referrals, and relationship building as a part of our financial planning team.

You will be the face of 49 Financial, growing your client base and delivering compelling financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Sales or related field.
• Strong interest in sales, client acquisition, and financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to business development and prospecting.
• Comfort with performance-based compensation and meeting sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate new prospect contacts through relationships, referrals, networking, events and follow-up.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients to grow the client base.
• Establish and nurture relationships, understand financial goals, and offer solutions.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and coordinate with planning teams.
• Collaborate with portfolio management to align solutions with objectives.
