49 Financial is seeking motivated college graduates to join our team as Financial Advisors with a primary focus on client acquisition and long-term service. In this role, you will build your team-based book of business by prospecting, referrals, and relationship building as part of our financial planning team.

This role centers on business development and client acquisition rather than financial analysis, portfolio construction, or investment research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Sales or related field.
• Strong interest in sales, client acquisition, and financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a drive for business development.
• Ability to educate and guide clients through finances.
• Comfort with performance-based compensation and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new prospect contacts through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients.
• Establish and nurture relationships with prospects and clients.
• Develop new leads via personal networking and events.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and collaboration with teams.
• Collaborate with planning and portfolio teams to meet client objectives.
