Qualifications

• Identify opportunities to upgrade client infrastructure and expand hosted services.
• Proactively manage contract renewals and mitigate churn while driving loyalty.
• Conduct regular account reviews to demonstrate value and ROI of the network.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Support to ensure seamless service delivery.
