Job summary

Hospitality America is seeking an energetic Director of Sales for Sundry Hotel Springdale, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. You will lead the direct sales efforts, grow key accounts, forecast revenue, and partner with brand and local community networks to drive occupancy and revenue.

The role requires 3–4 years of sales leadership, strong relationship skills, and comfort with budget planning and market analysis; Hilton experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–4 years of sales leadership experience.
• Ability to grow accounts and develop new business.
• Strong communication and market analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow accounts and generate new business using Delphi, brand tools and BI resources.
• Act as hotel/market expert to inform sales strategy.
• Lead sales financials including budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct competitive reviews and assess business mix and strategy.
• Engage in local community and networking events for brand awareness.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and brand liaisons.
• Ensure revenue team alignment on strategies and action plans.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting across channels.
