Qualifications

• 1- to 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Project management instincts: track deadlines and blockers.
• Comfort with incomplete information; you make a call and move on.
• Strong ownership: from brief to published output.
• Ability to context-switch across five projects daily.
• Clear, fast writing with concise sentences.
• Proficiency with marketing stack: social schedulers, dashboards, Figma/Canva, Notion.
• Comfortable async work across time zones with distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Social Marketing: draft, schedule, format, and post across X, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Own community listening and engagement; surface replies needing response.
• Test new channels (TikTok, Farcaster, Telegram) and report results.
• Maintain content calendar; keep contributors on deadline.
• Create social graphics, event flyers, and slides; manage assets.
• Coordinate with designer and contractors; build reports across channels.
• Track UTMs and ensure clean attribution; turn data into insights.
• Launch and optimize weekly/monthly performance reporting.
• Digital Events: run production for X Spaces, webinars, AMAs, podcasts.
• Build event pages, registration flows, reminder sequences.
• Cut recordings into clips and recap posts within 48 hours.
• Content Creation: draft social copy, newsletters, recaps, and blog support.
• Repurpose long-form assets into channel-native formats.
• Maintain a consistent voice for domain industry veterans and crypto traders.
• Launch Campaign Support: assist go-to-market for upgrades, partnerships, tokens.
• Build trackers, asset checklists, and launch-day run-of-show.
• Coordinate KOL kits and co-marketing assets with partners.
