Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking Shift Leaders or Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, operate the register, handle food, and maintain cleanliness with a focus on food safety and service quality.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. Roles include potential shift leadership duties and opportunities to learn multiple positions within the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older due to equipment age restrictions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
• Operate POS system and cash register accurately for transactions.
• Handle food with care and follow proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation.
• Learn and adapt to different roles within the restaurant environment.
