Jersey Mike's Subs in Ewing is hiring for Crew Members and Shift Leaders. We are looking for energetic team players who enjoy fast-paced service, make great subs, and deliver a friendly customer experience.

Crew Members handle front counter, food preparation, and store cleanliness; Shift Leaders assist with operations, training, and daily tasks. Both roles require reliable transportation and a willingness to learn Jersey Mike's standards.

Qualificações

• Provide customer service at Jersey Mike's high standards.
• Prepare sandwiches and maintain food quality.
• Maintain a clean, orderly store and work environment.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals.
• Follow food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide food that meets Jersey Mike’s specifications and high-quality standards.
• Provide service that is above and beyond for the customer.
• Maintain a clean store and workplace.
• Set up of the store, including food preparation.
• Food safety and sanitation, including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, etc.
• Usage of slicer (18 years old and above only).
• Usage of tomato slicer (17 years old and above only).
• Follow directives of Operations Partner in execution of responsibilities.
