Jersey Mike’s is seeking team-oriented Crew Members to prepare fresh subs and deliver friendly, memorable customer experiences. You’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient dining room while learning all aspects of operation.

This role emphasizes teamwork, positive energy, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Must meet applicable age requirements for operating certain equipment, including slicer equipment, where required by state or local regulations
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh, high-quality subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike’s standards
• Providing friendly, personalized service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment
• Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Learning all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork
• Creating positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mike’s signature “neighborly banter”
• Working with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive restaurant culture
