Job summary

NorthPoint Development, Inc. seeks a Commercial Property Manager for our Kansas City, MO office. You will manage industrial/commercial properties, respond to tenant needs, coordinate with vendors, and ensure lease compliance while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires 2+ years in commercial/industrial property management, familiarity with Yardi/Salesforce/Monday.com, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 50% is expected as part of asset oversight.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct Commercial and Industrial Property Management required.
• Industrial Property Management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with maintenance, accounting, and tracking software (Yardi, Salesforce, Monday.com) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to our industrial commercial real estate customers through our core values.
• Respond to tenant requests and generate work orders; follow up for resolution.
• Ensure 24-hour emergency coverage for the property.
• Maintain property and lease files in accordance with policy.
• Assist in budgets, reports, and liaise with Asset Management.
