• College degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years business experience.

• Identification and prospecting of potential new policyholders.
• Consultatively sell a wide array of insurance solutions with support from a team of experts.
• Meet aggressive new business revenue goals through niche development.
• Manage assigned book of business and client needs.
• Improve client value proposition through proactive services and timelines for high-ranking clients.
• Stay informed on insurance market changes, underwriting guidelines, and product knowledge.
• Engage with clients in person, by phone, or email to discuss service needs.
• Execute on daily, weekly, and monthly prospect development activities.
