You must be able to prioritize assignments and work independently. Required are a Bachelor's Degree in Building Science (or Construction Management) and up to 2 years of construction experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of work experience in construction or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist project management with RFIs, submittals, and logs.
• Assist Project Manager/Estimator as requested.
• Assist Superintendent with subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and safety training.
• Update logs and documents for field or office location.
• Gather documents from subcontractors to finalize subcontracts.
• Attend job site meetings and document minutes.
