Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
• Retail customer-service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).
• Strong critical thinking.
• Secondary education beyond high school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a group of customers on daily routes and generates orders.
• Executes promotions and new products per LOS and plans.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on shelves.
• Maintains back room by organizing stock and pallets.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and checks vendor operations.
• Builds relationships with store personnel through follow-ups.
• Identifies competitive issues and ensures safe working practices.
