Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some banking courses preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in new accounts and customer service in a financial institution.
• FIS core systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist client requests for service and resolution of bank issues in a professional, accurate and timely response.
• Assist clients with routine account-related requests including funds transfers, AFTs, stop payments, deposits, ATM/debit inquiries, and temporary ACH/Wire/mobile deposit limits; timely handling of electronic disputes.
• Open and close a variety of accounts (commercial and personal) with required disclosures and agreements.
• Oversee onboarding process for new client relationships to ensure smooth transitions.
• Primary client contact for all deposit account maintenance and exception items (including returns, ACH exceptions, NSF items).
• Primary client support (Tier 1) for Treasury Management products/services via phone, email, in person, and secure portals.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for online banking platforms and account types; assist with troubleshooting and password resets.
