The ideal candidate has recent automotive service advisory experience, strong customer service and sales skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 45+ hour weeks with Sundays off.

• Recent automotive Service Advisor experience required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills including empathy and listening.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess service needs.
• Explain services and obtain authorization for work.
• Coordinate with technicians and manage write-ups and follow-ups.
