Ron Tonkin Toyota is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant to join a high-growth, team‑driven dealership. You’ll guide guests through the vehicle purchase journey, explain features, and close deals while contributing to a culture of excellence and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and/or training are desired but not required.
• Computer skills include Word, CRM, texting, and email.
• A current valid driver’s license is required for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, help diagnose their needs and explain how their needs translate to a new Toyota
• Show and explain exactly what their new car has and how it operates
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
• Negotiate sales transactions
• Attend training and sales meetings
• Complete sales transaction paperwork
