Brickley DeLong P.C. in Michigan is seeking an Audit Accountant to join our Audit & Assurance team.

This full-time role offers exposure to diverse industries and engagement types, with mentorship and opportunities for growth within a people-first culture. You will work on planning and performing audit, review, and compilation engagements, build client relationships, and contribute to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced public accounting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Required).
• 0-2 years of public accounting experience preferred.
• Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Heavy involvement in audit and attestation engagements.
• Assist with planning and performing audit, review, and compilation engagements.
• Participate in special projects and client engagements as assigned.
• Work directly with clients to gather information and provide support throughout engagements.
• Prepare and organize workpapers and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple engagement types and industries.
