You will drive sales, analyze trends, manage omni-channel activities, and uphold brand standards through effective coaching and communication. This role requires a High School diploma, 3+ years retail sales or customer service, and 1+ year of leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales or customer service experience.
• At least 1+ year of prior management experience.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop associates to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales.
• Recruit, train and coach team members to meet KPIs.
• Execute company processes and support digital strategies including omni-channel fulfillment.
• Manage store inventory, payroll hours, and opening/closing procedures.
• Uphold safety, asset protection and compliance with policies.
