You will assist with management responsibilities to ensure efficiency and quality of all operations within the restaurant. Responsibilities include delivering fast, friendly service, maintaining cleanliness, supervising shift leaders and team members, and supporting hiring, training, and performance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Clean, neat and well groomed.
• Good interpersonal communication skills with customers and employees.
• Basic understanding of fast food operations and deployment procedures.
• Ability to master cash control and adhere to Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Hospitality guidelines.
• Understand basic sales forecasting and scheduling, cost control, inventory, and P&L basics.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Able to drive through when necessary.
• Good vision and hearing to observe store dynamics and operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Honest, assertive and well mannered.
• Able to pay attention to detail and handle pressure.
• Team player and minimal disruption to customers or staff.
• Stand/walk up to 90% of shift; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction with quick, efficient service and quality products.
• Provide excellence in quality, service and cleanliness.
• Create a positive atmosphere among employees and customers.
• Maintain knowledge and operation of all equipment.
• Assist with management of all operations within the restaurant.
• Assist in hiring, training, and review of employee performance.
• Perform accounting responsibilities and submit reports to the home office.
• Administer the ACT program.
• Prepare orders quickly to specifications and with high quality.
• Work as a team to maintain consistent customer satisfaction.
• Prioritize workload while serving customers first and maintaining the dining area and work space.
• Operate all kitchen equipment.
