Responsibilities include supervising shift leaders and team members, maintaining service standards, and assisting with hiring, training, and performance reviews. The franchisee determines wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be clean, neat and well groomed.
• Strong interpersonal communication with customers and employees.
• Basic understanding of fast food operations and procedures.
• Ability to manage cash control and adhere to quality standards.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting, scheduling, cost control, P&L, and personnel administration.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must work well under pressure and in a team.
• Must be able to stand/walk and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
