Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have strong interpersonal communication with customers and staff.
• Basic understanding of fast food operations, production procedures and scheduling.
• Ability to master cash control and adhere to Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Hospitality guidelines.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle drive-thru when needed.
• Able to work as part of a team and supervise shift leaders and team members.
