LV Petroleum is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the leadership and daily operations of our Del Taco restaurant. The AGM helps deliver an exceptional guest experience, develop team members, drive operational excellence, and achieve business results.

This role partners closely with the General Manager to lead restaurant operations, maintain brand standards, and build a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced quick‑service environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant or quick service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, guest satisfaction.
• Lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold brand standards.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and inventory controls.
