Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking an Admissions and Intake Coordinator in Bridgeport, CT. This in-person role drives referrals, educates families, and guides them through enrollment, ensuring smooth intake and ongoing program growth.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years in healthcare or mental health admissions. Travel locally and a reliable vehicle are required, with the position offering full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare or mental health admissions.
• Experience in behavior healthcare, healthcare, mental health, or related therapies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Promote ABA Therapy services to families, schools, physicians and diagnostic centers.
• Meet or exceed growth of client referrals and census.
• Qualify inbound leads as referrals.
• Assist families with enrollment: confirm insurance benefits, gather intake documents, submit to intake.
• Serve as liaison between staff and families; ensure paperwork and authorizations are up to date.
• Develop and implement marketing and outreach plans.
• Track referral sources, existing customers, trends and demographics.
• Analyze referral data and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
• Follow up on all marketing activities.
• Identify potential new services to meet customer needs and work with management.
• Perform duties independently and consistently.
