You will support the close process, prepare reconciliations and journal entries, and assist with AP, cash activity, and expense reporting while analyzing data and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1+ years of accounting, audit, finance, or relevant internship experience.
• Strong attention to detail and genuine interest in building an accounting career.
• Solid Excel skills and comfort working with numbers and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process.
• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules.
• Assist with accounts payable, cash activity, and expense reporting.
• Help analyze financial data and investigate variances.
• Partner with internal teams on ad hoc reporting, process improvements, and special projects.
• Support audit, tax, and compliance-related requests as needed.
• Contribute to building scalable accounting processes as the organization grows.
