3 Bridge Networks is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing finance team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves owning the monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting, with broad exposure and ownership in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.

The successful candidate has 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, a strong grounding in U.S. GAAP, and excellent Excel and ERP system skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including public accounting and/or experience with a high-growth or technology company.

Responsibilities

• Own key aspects of the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reporting.
• Support accounts payable, expense reporting, payroll, revenue, and other accounting processes as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate accounting treatment and timely financial information.
• Assist with annual audit, tax, and compliance-related requests.
• Help develop and improve accounting policies, internal controls, processes, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the use of systems and technology.
• Support special projects as the company continues to scale.
