# Growth Operations AssociateNew York**Location:** New York**Start Date:** Immediate# The RoleThis is a highly commercial, analytically driven role for someone eager to make a tangible impact. As a Growth Operations Associate, your core objective is to increase active user counts across our offerings, helping clients extract maximum value from AlphaSights.You’ll do this through a blend of data analysis, process improvement, and initiative execution – identifying opportunities to activate or re-engage users, rolling out new practices with client service teams, and launching targeted user engagement programs. You’ll own growth operations for a regional business unit and work closely with its client service leadership.
