Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of wireless products and plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products, accessories, and plans.
• Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain in-store visual standards and product displays.
• Stay up-to-date on devices, promotions, and Verizon services.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
