Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Basic computer skills including typing and inventory systems.
• Good reading, writing and basic math skills.
• Ability to learn company, federal, health and safety regulations and follow safety guidelines.
• Can communicate effectively in English and follow instructions accurately.
• Detail-oriented, reliable and team player.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials, tools, and equipment from vendor trucks and inspect shipments for quality standards.
• Stock and transfer materials to shelves, bins, racks, or pipe bundles per sequence.
• Mark materials with identifying information and transfer materials for shop modifications as needed.
• Assemble and package customer orders for shipment and prepare documentation for UPS, LTL, SH, or Air shipments.
• Pull orders for delivery and stock transfers, load onto trucks, or move to packing areas with forklifts or cranes.
• Scan or enter inventory data into the inventory database system.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow OSHA and customer safety policies.
• Perform other duties and projects to support warehouse operations.
