Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate and test drive new vehicles; deliver and review features, warranties, and paperwork with customers.
• Attend sales meetings and maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat/referral business.
• Stay updated on new products, features, and benefits to customers.
• Set personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity; report to the New/Used Vehicle Sales Manager.
• Review daily/weekly/monthly actions to optimize time and plans.
