Westport Properties, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager Self Storage at Mohegan Lake, NY. You will market and rent storage spaces, work indoors and outdoors on-site, and maintain the property to ensure readiness for tenants.

Qualifications

• Must have Real ID or Passport to travel to training center.
• Previous retail, restaurant, hospitality or self-storage experience is a plus.
• Location requires 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property
• General property care, cleaning, and maintenance
• Daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent
• Accurate payment processing and cash handling
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience
• Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation are required to perform the essential functions of the job
