Ruoff Mortgage is seeking a Loan Officer to guide clients through the home-financing journey from initial contact to closing. You will develop relationships with real estate professionals and collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must meet SAFE Act licensure requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with MS Office and willingness to learn industry software.
• Ability to collaborate with senior loan officers and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with real estate agents, builders, and professionals under guidance.
• Proactively reach out to clients to generate new loan opportunities.
• Assist borrowers in understanding loan options and gather documentation for pre-qualification and application.
• Submit complete loan applications and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Keep clients informed on loan status and address delays or issues.
• Stay informed on mortgage products, rates, and market trends.
• Represent Ruoff Mortgage professionally and uphold company values.
• Ensure client data is handled securely and confidentially.
