Job summary

Stout Creek Landscapes, Inc. is seeking a General Manager - Landscaping to lead the organization toward a $10MM annual milestone. You will develop and execute strategic plans for high-end residential landscape construction and maintenance, while guiding daily operations with an entrepreneurial growth mindset.

The role requires 7+ years in strategic leadership, experience with EOS, and a proven ability to build culture and drive profitability. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience in strategic leadership roles; MBA a strong plus.
• 7+ years of strategic leadership experience, including experience achieving results through other leaders.
• Experience developing and executing a strategic plan for an organization of $10MM+ with a focus on landscape/construction.
• Proven experience leading and implementing an EOS process.
• Experience building an organizational culture and development of strategies to support an outstanding work environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies for high-end residential construction and maintenance clients.
• Lead daily operations and growth with an entrepreneurial, growth-minded approach.
• Map out growth plan to reach the next annual milestone of $10MM.
• Drive profitability and operational efficiencies through strategic leadership.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve results and refine processes.
• Define processes to ensure a positive client experience.
