gpac is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager in Florida to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, support producers, coordinate renewals, and maintain strong carrier relationships.

The ideal candidate is organized, takes ownership of accounts, handles multiple priorities, and delivers exceptional client service with solid insurance knowledge and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Active Florida 2-20 General Lines insurance license required.
• 5+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and policy administration.
• Experience managing renewals, marketing, quoting, and policy servicing.
• Strong understanding of carrier underwriting requirements and market conditions.
• Experience with an agency management system; Applied EPIC preferred.
• Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Client & Account Management: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned commercial clients and manage relationships.
• Renewals & Marketing: Manage renewal process, review coverage and loss history, prepare renewal applications, and market accounts.
• New Business Support: Assist producers with new submissions, gather underwriting information, and coordinate quotes and binding.
• Policy & Account Administration: Process endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, audits, certificates, and other transactions.
• Carrier & Team Relationships: Develop strong relationships with carriers, wholesalers, and underwriters and coordinate with internal teams.
