Allegiance Insurance Brokers in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Commercial Insurance CSR to serve clients, manage policy records, and handle COIs. The role requires a licensed Property & Casualty professional with commercial insurance experience and strong communication skills.

You will work closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate policy servicing, documentation, and timely responses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license, SC included.
• Commercial insurance experience.
• ACORD forms experience.
• Certificate of Insurance preparation experience.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance policies and coverages.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must live in or near the Myrtle Beach, SC area.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and service needs.
• Prepare and process Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
• Work with ACORD forms and other insurance documentation.
• Review and service commercial insurance policies.
• Maintain accurate client and policy records.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
• Prioritize and reprioritize tasks based on customer and business needs.
• Provide responsive, professional customer service.
• Ensure client requests and policy tasks are handled accurately and efficiently.
