Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year experience with customers (volunteering, education, military ok).
• Demonstrated customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller experience preferred and training provided upon hire.
• Strong organization to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with concise, clear, and consistent delivery.
• Problem-solving abilities demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of store tasks including processing transactions and opening accounts.
• Provide end-to-end advice and educate customers on TD products and services.
• Engage customers with proactive insights to deepen relationships and referrals.
• Deliver legendary customer service on teller lines and on the TD platform.
• Support compliance training and use TD systems to assist customers.
