Burger King is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Louisville restaurant to partner with the Restaurant General Manager on daily operations and team development.

You will lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards while driving sales and optimizing labor and costs. This hands-on role offers growth through leadership development programs and a track record of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the US.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and people-motivating skills.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team for fast, friendly service.
• Develop and coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and growth.
• Lead operations by upholding BK brand standards and removing obstacles for the team.
• Support profitability through inventory checks, orders, assets, and cash-control measures.
