Job summary

Power Digital is a growth marketing firm that uses data science to inform marketing strategy and client growth. We seek an experienced Measurement Director who can own the measurement roadmap, design experiments, and translate model outputs into strategic actions for diverse clients.

You will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with account teams, and communicate complex analytics to senior stakeholders while driving performance, efficiency, and client satisfaction across the book of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics and Measurement.
• 3+ years of agency experience.
• Strong business acumen with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement strategy for a client book, including MMM and incrementality work.
• Analyze large data sets with R, SQL, and Python to generate insights.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and satisfaction.
• Present advanced measurement methods clearly to teams and clients.
• Provide strategic advice and actionable insights for optimization.
• Mentor Measurement Analysts to raise analytical rigor and output quality.
• Drive efficiencies in measurement processes and leverage AI tools.
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem within the department.
