The role partners with Sales to understand needs, leads campaign production, and analyzes performance to support continuous improvement and scalable delivery. Strong PM and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of marketing, communications, sales enablement, or related business experience.
• Strong content creation, messaging, editing, and brand stewardship across channels.
• Ability to partner with Sales and stakeholders to translate needs into plans.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for leadership updates.
• Proven project management, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate marketing calendars to balance priorities and delivery across channels and stakeholders.
• Create, manage, publish multi-channel content reflecting brand strategy and goals.
• Partner with Sales to understand needs and deliver marketing support for growth.
• Lead campaign and content production with timelines, stakeholders, and execution approach.
• Support marketing technology, project management, content management, and approvals.
• Analyze marketing performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Prepare updates and campaign highlights for partners, sales teams, and leadership.
• Oversee fulfillment, budgets, vendor management, and operational processes.
• Evaluate requests, balance competing needs, and suggest practical solutions.
• Ensure materials meet brand standards and are suitable for internal/external use.
• Document workflows and support process improvements; assist with special projects.
