Job summary

TouchCare, Stamford, CT-based healthcare concierge, seeks a Marketing, Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator to grow our voice across platforms, podcasts, and partner channels. You will turn ideas into posts, campaigns, clips, and graphics while engaging online communities and event moments.

Ideal candidates are early-career marketers with strong writing, content creation skills, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced startup environment. Onsite work five days a week is required in Stamford, CT.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from college/university in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Strong writing skills with ability to tailor content for multiple platforms.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and forums.
• Comfortable managing multiple pieces in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on marketing role in Stamford, CT.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and others.
• Support podcast planning, guest coordination, show notes, clips, captions, and distribution.
• Engage in digital communities and forums to expand brand visibility.
• Capture and edit photo/video content using Canva, CapCut, InShot, and similar tools.
• Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and event promotions.
• Support partnerships and co-marketing initiatives with brokers, employers, and partners.
