Job summary

Perricone Farms, now part of Perricone Juices via the Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Company collaboration, is seeking a Marketing Manager in Vero Beach.

You will own consumer-facing marketing programs across e-commerce fulfillment, trade shows, and consumer relations, translating brand goals into on-brand experiences for customers and retail partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of customer service or marketing experience in CPG, food & beverage, or a consumer brand environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing e-commerce operations, trade show logistics, and/or consumer-facing communications.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar), CRM tools like Zendesk, and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and industry events (approximately 20% of the time).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment, ensuring on-brand, timely shipments.
• Plan & execute trade shows, including logistics, staffing, lead retrievals and ROI reporting.
• Handle consumer inquiries across email and phone with empathy and drive improvements.
