Minimum qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  2. 4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
  3. 3 years of experience with managing CRM programs and strategies.
  4. 3 years of experience in an operational role.
  5. Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
  1. 3 years of experience in B2C email or lifecycle marketing.
  2. 3 years of experience managing creative and media agencies.
  3. Experience in developing and executing holistic strategy, balancing priorities, and driving projects to completion.
  4. Experience influencing and collaborating within teams and with cross-functional stakeholders, using exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Experience in project management, including documented timelines and milestones.
  6. Experience with running A/B experiments and campaign optimization using data analytics to maximize marketing ROI.

Whether you're working on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you will lead every facet of the product's journey, from positioning to external communications, working with cross-functional teams across Sales, legal, product development, engineering, and more. You will be involved in product marketing strategy from start to finish.

The Subscriptions and Customer Growth Marketing organization drives consumer apps and subscription growth, partnering with product engineering and insights to deepen user relationships and bring helpful products to market.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$163,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are role, level, and location-dependent, and your recruiter can share specific details during hiring.

Responsibilities
  1. Own, define, and execute the strategy for a part of the Fi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program.
  2. Plan, define, and execute the Google Fi co-marketing strategy across owned and operated marketing channels within the Google ecosystem.
  3. Develop and execute co-marketing and CRM campaigns, from writing briefs to sharing results and learnings.
  4. Scope opportunities, forecast impact, track and optimize performance, run experiments, and identify new growth opportunities.
  5. Manage relationships with key stakeholders including Marketing, Product, Business Development, and Operations, and oversee agencies supporting execution.
