About The Role

BlueThrone is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who is a versatile, full-stack marketer capable of owning content creation, driving marketing automations, and executing across multiple channels. This isn’t your typical corporate marketing role — it’s about results and creative impact. You will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns, creating compelling content (emails, videos, LinkedIn posts), and driving engagement with both indie app developers and a global user base. The ideal candidate will have a strong copywriting background, video production experience, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. AI knowledge is a must, and a proactive, results-driven attitude is key.

Key Responsibilities

• Own content creation across all channels, including email campaigns, social media, and in-app promotions
• Write compelling newsletters (3x weekly) and manage email marketing campaigns
• Create and manage engaging short-form videos, from idea to publication, for social media
• Develop marketing automations to streamline processes and save time
• Optimize website performance in collaboration with SEO experts
• Engage with indie app developers and BlueThrone’s 10M+ user base across relevant media and communities
• Craft employer branding content to support People Team initiatives
• Drive brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies and creative campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in copywriting, especially for email marketing
• Expertise in video production (planning, shooting, editing) for social media campaigns
• Strong ability to write persuasive copy and design simple visuals (e.g., email photos, screenshots)
• Proficient in using AI tools for copy, visuals, video, and automations
• Experience with marketing automation tools like Zapier or Make (n8n is a plus)
• Native-level English proficiency (required)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to self-manage in a remote work environment
• A passion for creativity, growth marketing, and results-driven strategies

Preferred Experience

• Experience converting email readers into buyers for digital products or consumer apps
• Familiarity with direct response copywriting and marketing, especially in the consumer or app space
• Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, German) is a plus
• Experience working with remote, multicultural teams
