SeaChange is seeking a Marketing Manager to own and execute day-to-day marketing efforts that support company growth. This role collaborates with leadership, sales, external partners, and vendors to align activities with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of turning strategy into action, managing competing priorities, and driving campaigns, events, and sales enablement with ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience or more with progressive B2B marketing experience.
• Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and business judgment.
• Excellent writing, communication, and content development abilities.
• Experience supporting sales organizations and business growth initiatives.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, external partners, and competing priorities.
• Experience with HubSpot, marketing automation, and reporting tools preferred.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support decisions.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and move work forward without continual direction from a marketing leader.

Responsibilities

• Own SeaChange’s marketing plans, priorities, and execution across campaigns and events.
• Lead campaign planning with sales and agency partners; develop content and messaging.
• Partner with sales to develop resources for prospect and client engagement.
• Plan and manage presence at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
• Maintain website content, SEO, and digital marketing efforts; monitor KPIs and performance.
