Vasion is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead full-funnel demand generation and ABM initiatives across the Americas. The role collaborates with Paid Media, Content, Design, Product Marketing, and Web to build assets that convert prospects into pipeline.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated by engaging marketing, strong project management, and data-driven decision making. This hands-on role requires cross-functional teamwork and channel excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, including 2+ years in demand generation, integrated, or ABM campaigns.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B, technology, or a similar industry.
• Working knowledge of demand generation, ABM, and modern digital marketing practices, including lead nurturing and lead scoring.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage full-funnel campaigns across email, advertising, retargeting, events, webinars, and social media.
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to align campaigns and accelerate pipeline.
