Head of Creative People: Full-time Search Division. Hiring talent across Marketing, Creative, Design, & Product Management

FULLY REMOTE ROLE.

$100k>$130k base salary + 10-20% yearly bonus potential.

Who We’re Looking For

A growth-obsessed, brand-savvy creative who blends brand strategy with tactical firepower. You’re part storyteller, part growth hacking tactician, part creative guru. You think in ideas that are big and bold. You understand working with influencer marketing and non-conventional growth strategy.

  • Brand architect who gets psychology, voice, and positioning
  • Organic growth hacker who lives and breathes virality, audience building, and content loops
  • Paid-aware marketer who understands how performance marketing fits into the broader funnel

You don’t need to be a media buying expert, but you should know what makes a great ad tick and how to collaborate with a paid team or run lean experiments.

Responsibilities

Organic Growth

  • Generate buzz, build UGC, and create the most hyped ancestral health movement
  • Oversee influencer and affiliate marketing
  • Design and run growth experiments to drive awareness and conversion
  • Help ideate organic growth strategies across Instagram and Twitter
  • Oversee email campaigns and Klaviyo
  • Build and manage a content calendar aligned with product launches and trends

Funnel and Launch Strategy

  • Contribute to product launches, bundles, and seasonal drops
  • Collaborate on landing pages, copy tests, and conversion experiments
  • Optimize email flows, retention strategies, and onboarding journeys
  • Build buzz and awareness around product launches

Paid Growth (Light Ownership)

  • Collaborate with performance marketers or agencies to scale paid efforts on Meta and Google
  • Ideate and test creatives that balance brand storytelling and direct response
  • Review performance data and suggest optimizations and crossover opportunities for organic

Brand and Creative Strategy

  • Shape the brand’s voice, story, and cultural positioning
  • Translate product benefits and controversial truths into content that travels
  • Build and execute creative campaigns with conviction and humor

What You Bring

  • 3 to 5 years of experience growing a high-performing consumer brand (DTC, wellness, or health is a plus)
  • Proven track record in organic growth
  • Deep instinct for storytelling, copywriting, and brand voice
  • Familiarity with paid acquisition strategies and how to integrate them with organic
  • Experience launching campaigns that break the mold and move product
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics and growth levers
  • Bias for speed, clarity, and experimentation
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with content creators, media buyers, or influencer campaigns
