Bedford Advertising, based in Dallas, TX, seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation efforts and leverage proprietary market data. The role focuses on creating original research, managing email campaigns, and optimizing digital strategies.
Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years in B2B marketing, strong skills in marketing automation and content creation, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Benefits include a salary of $65,000 to $80,000, health insurance, and a flexible hybrid schedule.
For 46 years, Bedford Advertising has helped franchise auto dealerships own their local markets by increasing their overall sales, market share, and ultimately gross profit.
The way we do it starts with data. Bedford uses ZIP-level territory analysis and exclusive market intelligence partnerships to show dealers exactly where they’re winning, where they’re losing, and who are pulling their buyers away, down to the specific neighborhoods, demographics, and models. From there, we build strategies that are hard to argue with, because the numbers do the talking.
We run the full spectrum: digital advertising, traditional media, SEO, bilingual creative, in‑house video production, and strategic account management, all integrated under one roof. Our dealers don’t manage a committee of vendors. They have a dedicated Bedford team working every channel toward a single sales objective.
The franchise dealerships we partner with are among the most competitive stores in their markets. They stay because the process works: a structured cycle of market research, planning, campaign launch, performance monitoring, and optimization that compounds over time. We’ve been doing this long enough to know that strategy without accountability is just overhead, and we’re not interested in being someone’s overhead.
Bedford sits on a significant and largely untapped asset: proprietary market data and client performance intelligence built over decades of automotive retail advertising. The Growth Marketing Manager will turn that asset into a published body of work — original research, market studies, and data‑driven content that earns the attention of dealership decision‑makers and naturally generates inbound interest in what Bedford does differently.
Beyond content, this person will own Bedford’s full demand generation function, building the systems, campaigns, and conversion infrastructure that moves prospects from first awareness to qualified conversations with our business development team.
This is a solo builder role. You’ll report directly to the President, with access to leadership, agency resources, and vendor support as the function grows.
At 90 days: Bedford has a functioning demand generation infrastructure in place. Email automation is live, the content calendar is running, and the first original research piece is in production or published. Lead tracking is connected to our CRM and the business development team has clear visibility into what marketing is generating.
At one year: Bedford has a consistent, measurable inbound pipeline that didn’t exist before. Original research is publishing on a regular cadence and generating inbound interest from qualified dealership prospects. Paid campaigns are optimized and tied to cost‑per‑MQL targets. The function runs systematically, not reactively.
