About The Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own how the world discovers Dexmate. You'll build and run the programs that generate qualified pipeline for our physical AI platforms and turn demand into measurable revenue. This is a hands‑on, data‑driven role spanning demand generation and performance marketing. ideal for someone who's equally comfortable writing ad copy, wiring up attribution in customer.io, and briefing sales on a new account list. You'll be an early marketing hire with real ownership. You'll set up the funnel, prove what works, and scale it.

What You’ll Do

• Own demand generation end to end: build and execute multi‑channel campaigns (email, paid, events, ABM) that generate and nurture qualified leads for Dexmate.

• Run performance marketing across paid search, paid social, and display. managing budgets, optimizing CAC, and continuously testing creative, audiences, and landing pages.

• Own SEO/GEO and the website funnel: improve organic visibility, conversion rates, and the path from first visit to demo request or order the product.

• Build account‑based marketing programs targeting our target audience in close partnership with sales.

• Instrument and report on the full funnel. set up tracking, dashboards, and attribution so every dollar and channel is measurable.

• Partner with sales to align on ICP, lead scoring, and handoff, and to keep pipeline moving.

• Support product launches, trade shows, and events with campaigns that drive attendance and follow‑up conversion.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B, hardware, robotics, AI

• Proven track record of building campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue

• Hands‑on expertise with paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and SEO fundamentals.

• Strong analytics chops: comfortable with GA4, marketing automation, attribution, and turning data into decisions.

• Excellent copy and messaging instincts, especially for technical products and buyers.

• Scrappy, ownership‑minded, and thrive in an early‑stage environment where you build systems from scratch.
