FRONTSTEPS is seeking a Marketing Leader to convert market position into a qualified pipeline and drive revenue through enterprise-value creation. You will own the demand engine, lead two demand-generation teams, manage events and the digital stack, and leverage AI across research, content, campaigns, and reporting.

• You are quantitative, process-driven, and comfortable with unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Own clear pipeline targets tied to revenue growth.
• Operate the demand engine end-to-end and optimize for efficiency.
• Lead an always-on experimentation program across channels and segments.
• Oversee events, partner channel support, customer advocacy, and full digital stack.
• Build and run an ABM motion for known target accounts.
• Ensure measurement and attribution are data-driven and board-ready.
